Dinner!. Sausage , Rice and Beans

Dinner : Trader Joe's cilantro sausage, brown rice, back beans, and Trader Joe's black truffle flat bread. Very Yummy!

Last Monday's Dinner

Monday's ( last not this Monday) was oven roasted pork roast, served with baked red potatoes and this spinach cashew dish I like to make. I enjoyed with a crisp glass of white wine(actually 2 glasses)

Mom's Orchids

My absolute favorite variety of flowers has to be orchids. In all Shapes and sizes I adore them. My mom's 25 year old Orchid plant is in bloom and looking fantastic on her porch.

On a cold foggy Monday Morning I wanted to share a tree on my street that is actually become a favorite of mine to drive by and admire. Pretty huh?

Snaps from the Farmers Market

Here are some snaps from our trip to the Farmers Market a week or so ago. We found a cute little bakery that some of the moms in the CVMC were raving about and I must say they were right. I picked up a couple of pigs ina blanket for the littles along with a raspberry smiley face cookie and a raisin snail for myself. Very yummy. I learned on the CVMC message board that this bakery the Swiss Delice is opening another location in CV. very exciting news I really miss the old bakery in the village , and looking forward to going in more often and picking up some of their yummy baguettes and pastry's for the boys.
