
Totally over ate yesterday... trying to get back on the wagon but feeling a little less motivated. Maybe now that the time has changed I can sneak out of the house and get an evening walk in.
On the menu!
Breakfast: WW yogurt berries and cream (1) mini blueberry muffin (2) coffee w/ splash of cream (1)
Breakfast total: 4
Lunch: Side salad with black beans, no dressing (0) turkey and cheese sammie with greens (5) two carrot sticks (0) one navel orange (2)
Lunch total : 7
On the dinner menu tonight... chicken sausage... thinking of slicing these up and chopping them down and making pizza with this delightful rosemary potato bread we still have with a large salad... but that is still in up in the air.
