Once upon a time I did this. I let someone get me down and kick me around while I was down there. It's totally amazing how much power you can give someone and not even really know that you did. I'm have been working very hard on the betterment of me and my life so I can make a great happy little life and nest for my littles. I am pleased with myself... That's all I can really say these days oh and I'm totally blessed!

Day 4 someone who makes me happy

Like all of the time every single day. Even though I often find myself taking a deep yoga breath a few more times a day now that I'm a single parent . I can't imagine my life any other way ... Well that's not entirely true I can imagine it another way but hey stuff happens!

Day #2 color

It's everywhere in the nest on the walls in the fridge on the plates everywhere lots and lots if color keeps me happy and smiling and just plain warm and cozy.
