Monday lunch box

Salad ,chicken, 1 pt yougurt and cheerios

Salad with champagne pear feta dressing, roasted chicken, sweet potato fries





Thursday lunch hb egg, 1 pt yogurt with cheerios , salad and you guessed it more chicken :( ugh total food shlump

Saturday dinner first BBQ of the year mac salad chicken and ribs and side salad beyond over doing it yikes

Happy Littles Not So Happy Weather

  

We have been having some really temperamental weather this year. It's really starting to feel like Spring will never show its happy face and the rain is here to stay. I have noticed the weather  and lack of sunshine is really messing with my attitude. Last  Friday we had a pretty gorgeous day. Sunshine and happy littles going wild at the park with their cousin Nicholas then two days later we were hit with a rain storm that forced us to stay in doors all day long. YUCKY!  Dear Rain please please go away your really bumming me out!

Monday after work and picking the littles up they were dressed for wet weather with their frog boots long sleeves and beanie cap a la daddy
My grass really needs to be mowed not the best picture to demonstrate how handy I am in the yard but hey thats a guys job right?

Have I ever told you how much I love E (my hubby) I mean the day I met him has to be the luckiest day of my life he treats me so good. Enjoy what's left of your weekend . We are expecting a heavy rain storm which means lots of cuddling !

A Moment Of Yuck

I have obviously given up this week if I am eating out of styrofoam and noshing tamale from kaspers mid day . This was awful I was three bites in and felt disgusted with myself and I am promptly throwing the rest away .

Lunch Boxes

This weeks collection of lunch boxes . I have has a lot of stuff going on lately and have totally gave up blogging... Littles or food which stinks so I am making a new commitment to get back to it. Looking at these lunch boxes today kinda bums me out I need to snazz up my lunch no wonder I gave up blogging it it's totally un inspiring sigh!

Flip'n Story Time Fun

I got a Flip camera earlier this year and really have not used it. I was sitting around with the littles this evening and they asked me to read Pigeon Wants A Puppy for the 10 th time today when it hit me... Why don't I record myself reading the story just the way I would if I was reading it with the littles. And Yep, sure enough when I played it back to them they LOVED it and giggled at all the same places they would if they were getting the "live " mommy version. I personally think this was a genius idea and now I can just log into my blog when they want me to read it to them for the 10th time  and free myself  up some online shopping time! I am going to do this for all of their favorite stories going forward!

PS. Please excuse my "look" in this video. I thought I would experiment and really was not in full fabmama  attire this is my chillin' at home on my day off look ... I need a hair appointment and to change my polish and the reflection in the glasses is less than cute but my babies love it so thats what matters. Next time I will be totally camera ready!
