Tueday Lunch Box
Tuesday, usually a busy day at the office is starting off slow. On the menu for today
Breakfast : WW yogurt vanilla(1) Fiber ONE bar chocolate and oats (2) WW smoothie vanilla chai (1)
Breakfast total 4 points
Lunch : 1/4 cup white rice (1) 1/4 cup black beans (.5) 3 ounce pork chop sliced (3) side salad with cucumbers and spritz of dressing (1)
Lunch total 5.5
I have been feeling very positive with my total weight loss and maintaining the 40 pound loss has been a lot of work. There have been moments that I have felt frustrated with it, but I have made better decisions overall and look forward to shedding more weight in the weeks to come.
