Wednesday Night Dinner

Wednesday Dinner, on the menu:

Lamb tips served with Kashi Moroccan curry lentil mix and veggies. I picked up these fantastic burgundy soaked lamb tips at Trader Joes on my trip to the market earlier this week. I really liked the flavoring of the tips and will be making this again. They were very fast to cook up, and put on a plate. I added a little more red wine as the lamb tears seared up... but I did not do anything else to them.It was a very low hassle meal ...DELISH!
