Look What I Got!

Two Saturdays ago I found this fantastic little treasure on the Hayward FreeCycle. Since I have been so taken with blogging i have so many fantastic blogs showcasing their brilliant talents with crafting and sewing. I have always wanted to learn to sew. My mom did not sew when we were growing up so this lost art was not passed down via momma and when I took Home Ec in the 6th grade who in the hell knew I would one day stumble across blogging ( it was not even around then) and want to be every bit domestic goddess as Martha.

A quick dash to Hayward and i am a proud owner of a very well cared for Kenmore sewing machine. I can not wait to get sewing
