Sunday dinner

On the Sunday nights the littles are at the nest we dine and feast well. Tonight was no exception. I turned on chill lounge on pandora and created our feast seasoned steak with cilantro onions and herbs. Quinoa salad and cooked down spinach with mushrooms and red pepper flakes. I poured a glass of tempranillo and enjoyed the busy crazy sounds of the boys complaining about dinner... Where the Mac and cheese mommy ? Oh my! We don't Mac and cheese it around here unless of course it's fresh and whole. One day they appreciate my cooking skills .. Until then I know I enjoy a great meal every Sunday they are home .
